13-14 January 2007  From Russia with love!

The 3rd annual Russia Winter Festival takes place in London on the 13th January.  Trafalgar Square will be offering a taste of Russia with craft and food stalls as well as a variety of live performances celebrating Russian song and dance.  Don’t miss the gravity defying Cossak dancing!

20 - 21 January 2007  Walk like a penguin!

20th January is Penguin Awareness Day at Edinburgh Zoo with a range of penguin themed activities to raise awareness of the penguin conservation project in the Falkland Islands.  Take the kids to join in the fun and then make your way to the Royal Botanic Gardens on Sunday for the Talking Trees storytelling session.
