Bristol
Keeping the family entertained can sometimes be a tough job, especially when the British weather is up to its old tricks. But don’t let that worry you this Easter - come rain or shine, Bristol has something to keep everyone happy.
If it’s dull outside, stay inside and visit the village pottery,. Let your kids’ imagination run wild as they make their own egg holder. It’s fun, cheap and gives your children the opportunity to produce a keepsake they can be proud of.
Why not spend a fun packed day helping your children discover over 400 amazing species from lions to love beetles at Bristol Zoo. With the majority of the exhibits under cover you can enjoy the zoo whatever the weather. Plus, every weekend throughout the month of April, your children can be entertained by charming, interactive and hilarious puppet shows and keep your eyes peeled as some weird and wonderful creatures will also be taking a stroll around the park. If you decide to celebrate Easter Sunday at the zoo you can also explore the Special World of Hidden Easter Eggs (open from the 10th to the 13th of April) and win a special chocolate egg prize. Our Bristol car hire rates offer an affordable way for you and the family to explore Bristol fully this Spring.
