Both the taxi stand and the bus stop are located in front of the passenger terminal with the taxi stand being in front of the arrival area. The public bus takes you from Graz Airport train station to Graz central train station. Trains arrive hourly from the main train station, which is a five-minute walk from the bus stop. Trolleys for your luggage are available at the bus stop. Additionally, car hire services are available from the front of the airport

A bank is available at the airport Three terminals are available with free Internet service for passengers After hours shopping is available at the airport as well as an abundant selection of gifts and souvenirs. Two cafes and a restaurant are available at the airport. Other amenities for the traveler include cafeterias, bars, a duty free shop, newsagent/tobacconist, gift shop, travel agent, car rental, and taxi service.

Guided tours are available which takes people behind the scenes of how the operation works including security control, passenger terminal and transit area as well as providing a look at the airport fire department facilities and a look at the airfield. This weekly event must be booked three weeks in advance by writing to terminalmanagement@fflughafen-graz.at.

Airport taxes, which are recorded on the ticket, are charged at the time of arrival. Additionally, international passengers are charged a service charge of ATS 60 in addition to an airport tax of ATS 140 (120 for domestic flights).
